TRAINING ISO 14001: 2015 at LEAR Vietnam-Vinfast
Class of 28 peoples make me very hard in terms of quantity, there are many participants who have background knowledge and experience enough to debate and share with the lecturer, and there are some who are too new about knowledge system. And for the first time, I can't remember all the names and faces of each student because they wearing a mask during classes due to the Covid epidemic.
I've tried to dispel the idea that learning ISO is something boring and dreary by organizing it non-traditionally and balancing it both with the familiar and the unknown. It is always a feeling of loss of energy and very tired when finishing 2 consecutive days of digging. But still, the compliments and encouragements left in the training evaluation form, especially the private messages on the phone, the last minutes of the class that participants greeting me, thanking me, exchanging phone numbers and holding hands. Hugs always make me happy. A student tell me: this is the first time I sat down to the last minute when I joined a course at the company. I love to be a trainer!
