FROM CLASSROOM KNOWLEDGE TO REAL-WORLD SAFETY PRACTICE – TRADE UNION UNIVERSITY STUDENTS EXPERIENCE AT ISO SOLUTIONS

On September 13 and 17, ISO Solutions / ISO Safe Pro, in collaboration with 3M Vietnam, was pleased to welcome nearly 200 students from the Faculty of Occupational Safety and Health, Trade Union University, to the ISO Solutions Training Center for a practical learning and workplace experience.

During the program, students had the opportunity to explore Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems, the Hierarchy of Controls, PPE, LOTO, work-at-height equipment and other topics closely related to the daily work of safety and occupational health professionals. Instead of learning only from textbooks and slides, students were able to observe equipment, gain hands-on experience, ask questions and interact directly with professionals to better understand how safety knowledge is applied in real workplace environments.

A key value of the program was the connection between education and industry. Following their experience at the ISO Solutions Training Center, students also visited Tien Phong Plastic, connected by ISO Solutions & ISO Safe Pro, providing an opportunity to observe a real manufacturing environment and gain further insight into workplace safety requirements.
