On July 18, at the headquarters of ISO Solutions Consulting & Training Co., Ltd., the 1st Congress of the Northeastern Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Association for the 2026–2031 term was successfully held. The event marked an important milestone in the establishment of the Association, strengthening collaboration among regional chapters, enterprises, and industry experts to enhance the effectiveness of occupational safety and health across the Northeastern region of Vietnam.
The Congress was attended by numerous leaders, experts, and delegates from government agencies, the Vietnam Association of Occupational Safety and Health (VAOSH), educational institutions, enterprises, and affiliated regional chapters.
The event was especially honored to welcome Mr. Vu Trong Binh, Director General of the Employment Department, Ministry of Home Affairs; Prof. Dr. Le Van Trinh, President of the Vietnam Association of Occupational Safety and Health; Dr. Ha Tat Thang, Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Occupational Safety and Health; Mr. Nguyen Khanh Long, Deputy Director General of the Employment Department, Ministry of Home Affairs; together with leaders of the Hai Phong Union of Science and Technology Associations, representatives from universities, businesses, and a large number of association members from across the region.
The Congress featured a number of significant activities, including the official announcement of the Decision establishing the Northeastern Occupational Safety and Health Association, the introduction of the Executive Committee for the 2026–2031 term, keynote addresses by leaders of the national Association and government authorities, and the presentation of the Association's strategic directions for the new term.
A highlight of the Congress was the appointment of Ms. Tran Kim Thoa, Director of ISO Solutions Consulting & Training Co., Ltd., as President of the Northeastern Occupational Safety and Health Association. This appointment reflects the confidence placed by the Vietnam Association of Occupational Safety and Health in her leadership and in ISO Solutions' contributions to advancing occupational safety and health.
The Executive Committee of the Northeastern Occupational Safety and Health Association for the 2026–2031 term officially debuted at the Congress.
During the event, Ms. Tran Kim Thoa was also honored with a Certificate of Merit presented by the Vietnam Association of Occupational Safety and Health in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the development and growth of the Association.

Following the Congress, a specialized seminar entitled "Digital Transformation in Occupational Safety and Health – From Policy to Enterprise Practice" was held. Experts, government representatives, and business leaders shared practical solutions and experiences to promote the adoption of digital technologies and accelerate digital transformation in occupational safety and health management.
As the host organization, ISO Solutions made thorough preparations for the venue, facilities, and event logistics, contributing to a professional and productive environment for the Congress.
