On the morning of July 16, Ms. Trần Kim Thoa—Standing Committee Member of the Vietnam Association of Occupational Safety and Health Science and Technology, Chairwoman of the Hải Phòng Occupational Safety and Health Association, and Director of ISO Solutions Consulting & Training Co., Ltd.—attended and delivered a speech at the launch ceremony of the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" Model of the LG Electronics Vietnam Hải Phòng Trade Union for the 2026–2030 period. The event was organized under the direction of the Hải Phòng Federation of Labour.

During the conference, Ms. Trần Kim Thoa delivered a presentation entitled "Building a Safety Culture – From Risk Management to Individual Action."
