ISO Solutions/Safe Pro Continues to Partner with Viettel Manufacturing Corporation to Strengthen Occupational Safety Management

It has been quite some time since we last shared updates about our projects. Today, however, we would like to share a milestone that fills the ISO Solutions/Safe Pro team with both pride and gratitude.

Since 2019, ISO Solutions has had the privilege of working alongside Viettel Manufacturing Corporation on numerous initiatives related to occupational safety and health, professional training, and the development of occupational health and safety management systems.

Each year brings new expectations. The requirements become more challenging, more practical, and significantly more demanding. The leadership team, Training Department, and Safety Department at Viettel continuously raise the standards, encouraging us to improve and innovate with every program we deliver.

We still remember our first leadership training session for Viettel in 2019. This year's program, however, presented an entirely different level of challenge.

The training framework was substantially redesigned, placing greater emphasis on:

• Practical application in real production environments;
• Safety performance data and management metrics;
• Modern approaches to occupational health and safety management;
• The role of leadership in building and sustaining a strong safety culture; and
• Most importantly, the ability to apply the knowledge directly within Viettel's manufacturing operations.

To meet these expectations, our team invested considerable time in discussions, program development, and content refinement before delivering three specialized training programs this year:

1. Occupational Safety and Health Council & Executive Leadership Program
2. Trade Union Executive Committee & Safety Network Program
3. Advanced Chemical Safety and UPSC Training, featuring practical case studies specifically tailored to Viettel's operational environment.

Creating Value Through Every Training Program

What we value most is not simply the opportunity to deliver training, but the trust Viettel has placed in us over the years. Their increasingly high expectations have continually challenged us to learn, adapt, and grow.

Behind every training session are countless hours of site surveys, program design, internal workshops, technical discussions, content updates, case study development, scenario simulations, and preparation of real operational data—all to ensure that every course delivers practical value and addresses the organization's actual needs.

Beyond these training programs, ISO Solutions is also honored to have been entrusted by Viettel with another major project. Our team has spent extensive time conducting on-site assessments, filming production processes, documenting work areas, and analyzing operational procedures to develop content specifically tailored to Viettel's manufacturing environment. We look forward to sharing more about this exciting project in the near future.
