ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 integrated system certification by SGS for LG Chem

During 2 days of August 27-28, 2019, 3 auditors of the international certification organization SGS worked at LG Chem Engineering Plastics Hai Phong to evaluate the Company's integrated management system according to ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001:2015 (quality and environment management systems). The system has been confirmed to conform to ISO standards and is certified.

LG Chem started its testing from the end of April 2019, and the enterprise's ERP system was only set up at the end of June 2019. LG Chem Hai Phong's management system is built based on the basic requirements of LG Chem Group in Korea, but the resources, scale and operation method .. of the factory's culture located in Vietnam- Hai Phong is completely different. The documentation system as the basis of LG Chem Corporation is only available in Korean, not in English. Struggling with the jumbled, meaningless and amusing Vietnamese language translated from the original Korean text by untrained translators is an indescribable difficulty. In addition, LG Chem's management system is quite advanced and complex, built over many years of age and according to IATF 16949 standard for a large-scale factory. This is an unforgettable experience for us!

In a short time, we have built a system that is close to the operation of the business in accordance with the requirements of the Group in both English and Vietnamese, without having to build a series of documents only used for get the certificate then throw a corner waiting for the next assessment to fake it to maintain the validity while the real system runs another way.
