Two weekend-days with a class of 28 people at different levels from director to production manager is not easy to manage. Two of those nights when I come back home, I lie down and sleep after 8 pm.

The excitement and the trusting and expectant glances of participants that the production team leaders had little chance to receive training at work was what kept their tremendous energy. There were many compliments and encouragements during the course and in the post-course evaluation that made me happy.

At 5 am, I opened my eyes to read the thank you messages and a letter from one participant that the company sent me, it is the happiness and meaning of being a trainer more than all the other happy things at work!!!
